If your toilet clogs...
Use a plunger to try to move the blockage through the pipes. If you don't own a plunger, you can normally purchase them at big box stores and in hardware shops.
Facing a drain clog?
If your sink or shower isn't draining properly, there is likely debris in the pipe. You can use a plunger to try to push that through, or purchase drain cleaning tools from a local store.
If the problem isn't quickly resolved, please contact us promptly so we can make arrangements.
If you lose electrical power...
Please call your utility company before you make a repair request. Many electrical outages are due to temporary problems caused by billing issues, weather, and construction. Your electrical company can help you pinpoint what's causing the problem.
If you don't have hot water in your rental home and your property has its own water heater, locate the tank and check the settings. Does everything look correct? If your heater is gas-powered, verify that the pilot light is lit.
If you do make any changes to the system, wait 15 to 20 minutes before testing the water again.
If your HVAC system isn't working normally, use the central thermostat in your property to troubleshoot the issue. Turn the system off and back on to see if that resolves the problem. You should also verify that temperature controls are set correctly.
If you can't fix the issue, get in touch with us.
