This program is meant to alleviate some of the burden from upfront move-in costs! In lieu of a security deposit, you will only pay a monthly fee of $44.

You may opt out of the program at any time and just pay the refundable one month's security deposit when you cancel.

A security deposit is a lump sum paid at move-in. The Premier Tenant Program turns that lump sum into a $44 monthly fee, which makes the first month far more manageable. Over a twelve month lease, a $44 monthly fee adds up to $528, so it is worth thinking about both sides: the lower upfront cost today and the monthly total over the length of your stay. The Premier Tenant Program is separate from the Resident's Benefit Package, which is included in all Green Ocean lease agreements for $39.00 per month. The package includes $100,000 in tenant liability coverage, $10,000 in renter's contents coverage with a $500 deductible, credit building and reporting for on-time rent, a utilities and internet concierge, a 24/7 emergency maintenance hotline, and more.
