Premier Tenant Program

Here at Green Ocean Property Management,

We understand that moving in to a new place can be a bit expensive. Coming up with the first month's rent plus the last month's rent and the security deposit can all add up to hundreds of dollars.

This program is meant to alleviate some of the burden from upfront move-in costs! In lieu of a security deposit, you will only pay a monthly fee of $44.

Here are the requirements to participate in our Premier Tenant Program:

An average of 660 credit score or above

Signed Agreement

Signed agreement for participation in the program

You may opt out of the program at any time and just pay the refundable one month's security deposit when you cancel.
