Top-Rated Service Areas Property Management in Massachusetts
Property Management Across Greater Boston
Green Ocean Property Management provides full-service rental and condo management to owners throughout Greater Boston, from our office at 268 Centre Street in Newton. We manage single-family homes, condos, and multi-family buildings, and we organize our coverage by county so you can quickly find the neighborhoods we serve and the team that knows them best. Whether you own one unit or a growing portfolio, our local approach means faster showings, more accurate rent pricing, and maintenance vendors who already work in your area.
Every owner we serve gets the same core services: marketing and leasing, tenant screening, rent collection, maintenance coordination, regular inspections, and clear monthly owner reporting. Below you will find our three service counties, along with the towns and neighborhoods in each. Select a location to learn how we manage properties there.
Suffolk County: Boston Neighborhoods and Revere
Suffolk County is home to many of Boston's most in-demand rental markets, and it is where much of our day-to-day work happens. We manage rental property in Allston, Brighton, East Boston, Jamaica Plain, Mission Hill, Roslindale, South Boston, the South End, the Boston Seaport District, and Revere. Each neighborhood has its own tenant base, from students and young professionals to families, and we price and market every unit to match. See our Suffolk County property management page for a closer look.
Middlesex County: Cambridge, Somerville, Newton and More
North and west of the city, Middlesex County offers strong demand from university affiliates, commuters, and growing households. Our Middlesex coverage includes Cambridge, Somerville, Newton, Everett, Malden, and Medford. Because our office is in Newton, we are especially close to the properties we manage in this part of the region. Visit our Middlesex County property management page to learn more.
Norfolk County: Brookline, Quincy, Dedham and Chestnut Hill
Norfolk County combines established residential neighborhoods with a steady rental market. We manage property in Brookline, Chestnut Hill, Quincy, and Dedham, where owners value consistent care for their buildings and dependable, well-screened tenants. Our Norfolk County property management page has details on how we work in each town.
What Every Owner Can Expect
No matter which county your property is in, our process stays the same. We market your rental and screen applicants carefully, handle the lease, collect rent, coordinate repairs, and keep you informed through an owner portal and regular statements. Tenants have their own portal for paying rent and submitting repair requests, so issues are documented and resolved quickly. If you also manage or serve on the board of a condo association, we provide condo and HOA management as well.
Not Sure If We Cover Your Property?
If your property is near one of the areas above but you do not see it listed, contact us anyway. We regularly help owners in neighboring communities, and we will tell you plainly whether we can manage your property well. Call (617) 487-4868 or email hello@greenoceanpm.com to speak with our team about your rental.
Service Area FAQs
How do you decide which areas to serve?
We focus on neighborhoods where we can respond quickly to tenants and owners. Staying close to our properties lets us handle showings, move-in inspections, and urgent repairs without long travel times, and it keeps our vendor network local and reliable.
Do you charge different management fees in different neighborhoods?
Our fees depend on the type of property and the services you need, not simply the neighborhood. Contact us with your address and we will explain exactly what management would cost for your building. You can also review our management pricing page for an overview.
Can you manage a property if I live out of state?
Yes. Many of our owners live outside Massachusetts or even outside the country. Our owner portal gives you access to statements, documents, and maintenance updates, so you can stay informed without being on site.
Do you manage condos and associations as well as rentals?
We do. In addition to individual rental units and multi-family buildings, we provide condo and HOA management for associations and boards in our service area, including budgeting support, vendor coordination, and owner communication.
What happens if my property is just outside your listed areas?
Reach out and tell us the address. We frequently support owners in neighboring towns, and if a property is a good fit for our team we will let you know right away.
