About the Resident’s Benefit Package
In our commitment to giving you peace of mind, Green Ocean Property Management LLC includes the Resident’s Benefit Package in ALL lease agreements.
For only $39.00 per month, tenants will be named as Additionally Insured under the Green Ocean Property Management LLC Master Insurance Policy and take advantage of coverage benefits without further applications, credit checks, or billing.
Moreover, the Resident’s Benefit Package rewards tenants who settle their rent on schedule as it reflects positively on their credit scores.

Below is the updated list and description of the Resident’s Benefits Package.
1. $100,000 Tenant Liability Insurance Coverage Provided Under the Green Ocean Property Management LLC Master Policy
Tenants are covered under the Green Ocean Property Management LLC master policy for $100,000 in liability.
2. $10,000 Renter’s Content Coverage Provided Under the Green Ocean Property Management LLC Master Policy
Tenants are covered under the Green Ocean Property Management LLC master policy for $10,000 in renter’s content coverage.
Note: Green Ocean Property Management LLC carries a $500 deductible which will be applied to any claims.
3. Customer Support Team
You will have access to our dedicated team for insurance-related questions and claims.
4. Credit Building and Reporting
When you pay your rent on time, we will work with the credit bureaus to ensure your efforts reflect positively on your credit score.
5. Utilities and Internet Concierge
Setting up utilities can be very overwhelming. You will have access to one of our partners, Citizens Home Solutions, who will assist you in successfully navigating utilities and internet setups.
6. Landlord and Rental Verifications
We will complete up to three landlord or rental verifications for a mortgage with correct forms from residents when requested.
7. No Additional Charges for All Rental Payment Options (In-Person, EFT, or Check)
Tenants can simply pay their rent using any of the options listed above.
8. Tenant Portal for Maintenance, Payment Options, and Electronic Statements
Tenants have free access to our Tenant Portal to submit maintenance requests, pay online using any of the payment options mentioned (except credit cards) to include the automatic EFT option, and have access to electronic statements.
9. 24/7 Emergency Maintenance Hotline with Live Phone Support
Tenants can reach a live person for ALL Emergency Maintenance Calls.
10. One-Time Returned Payment Fee Forgiveness ($75.00)
Green Ocean Property Management LLC will grant a one-time waiver of a returned ACH or Check payment fee.
