Types of Regular Keys
As seen in the video, we have one in the office because we manage many properties, and we have many keys to cut for our tenants. We have different copies of blanks. We also have different versions and different styles of blanks.
The most common ones are going to be SC1, KW1. Also, there are keys named DE1 and YS1. When you switch over to a master key system, you don’t have to worry about that because we use a G blank. We use it for all of our properties until we’re able to switch you over to our master key system.
Our Duplication Process
It is not the same as you go to the hardware store. At Green Ocean, we’re always thinking of ways to make sure that we save time and we are efficient with our clients. By having a key copier in-house, we can make good copies by ourselves which saves time and money.
If you or anyone else you know is looking for a property manager that goes above and beyond things about what problems could be happening, and to resolve them for you in advance, please think of Green Ocean Property Management, where you get more than a property manager, you get peace of mind.
