In today’s article, we’re going to be covering another unique way that we do to save our landlords’ time and money and the things we do to be more efficient and effective in managing your property.
Money-saving Tasks that We Do
#1 We get the appliance model and serial numbers
Whenever we take on the new management of a property, we go to the house and look for the model numbers and serial numbers of every single appliance. By checking its specs, we can determine the age length of each appliance. If it breaks, we can make an educated guess of whether it’s worth replacing. For example, if an appliance is already 12 years old, is it worth replacing or not. You should probably replace it, that saves you time and money, and minimizes the aggravation of the tenants with delays.
#2 We determine the type and specs of the appliance
In addition, knowing the type of stove whether it’s an electric or gas stove helps us figure out whether we need to replace it. Every single appliance in the properties that we manage, we have its specs in our database. Perhaps, last time it was replaced, and it’s just something that we can use as a reference to make our job a little bit easier to improve the quality of our service to any tenants. When something breaks down, we’re able to make decisions a little bit better.
If you or anyone else you know is looking for a property manager that takes that additional step, thinks a little bit beyond the common and can help you and your tenants just have a little bit easier of a time when appliances do break down, please think of Green Ocean Property Management, you get more than a property manager, you get peace of mind.
