Green Ocean’s Off-Ramp Process and Fees
Our off-ramp fee is a one-time fee. The majority of our landlords stay with us for the duration that they own their property, but there is a slight chance that they either sell the property or perhaps move back in or go with another property manager. We have a very extensive process that we have to do to make sure that your property is properly off-ramped and that your tenants, your bills, and everything else go smoothly.
For our off-ramp, what we’re going to do is:
#1 Take your property out of our system
#2 Change all the bills that were coming to us
#3 Communicate with your current property manager or with you
#4 Notify the tenants to make sure that they stop paying the rent to us
Our entire staff is going to work to make sure this is a very smooth process for you. There are over 50 steps that go into our off-ramp, we’d be more than happy to explain those, but we do want you to understand why there is a charge for this.
If you or anyone else you know has any additional questions or looking for a property manager to make sure every single part of the process is smooth, including off-ramping a property, please think of Green Ocean Property Management, you get more than a property manager, you get peace of mind.
