How does Green Ocean organize multifamily properties?
We provide space for bicycle parking
Some tenants will ride bicycles, so instead of them just tying up everywhere, we will designate an area of the apartment that is large enough for the tenants. We might even get them a bicycle stand. No matter what, we will always make sure that we’re not liable for those bicycles or anything that might happen to them.
We provide storage bins
Many times in multifamily properties, there will be a common basement for laundry. We’ve seen too many basements just wide open. The tenants leave it open whenever they feel like it. At the end of the year, property managers and landlords are responsible, if any of their belongings get lost.
We understand that the tenants know where they can put their personal belongings. Sometimes, it’s very difficult for them to bring a bike up to the third floor. Thus, we understand that and we want our tenants to be happy. To do that, we need to be organized. We will provide safe boxes or storage bins where they can safe keep their things.
If you or anyone else, you know is looking for a property manager that is proactive and able to keep things organized and most importantly, keep your tenants happy and your property looking great, please think of Green Ocean Property Management, you get more than a property manager, you get peace of mind.
