Work Environment & Schedule:
- Remote Work
- Monday to Friday, 8am - 4am EST
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and forward incoming phone calls and emails professionally
- Screen and triage calls and messages; relay critical information accurately
- Return missed calls and respond to voicemails promptly
- Monitor and assign incoming email inquiries
- Schedule meetings, send invites, and coordinate calendars
- Upload and manage documents in the internal system
- Assist in pre-qualifying prospective tenants and leads
- Coordinate and schedule property showings
- Submit daily and weekly operational reports to management
- Conduct follow-ups and handle ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and documentation skills
- Proficient in using email, scheduling tools, and office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Familiarity with property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi) is a plus
- Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative, front desk, or customer service role
- Experience in property management, real estate, or leasing is an advantage
- College degree or relevant coursework in business, communications, or real estate is preferred
- Bilingual skills are a plus
