About the Role

As Senior Recruiter, you will:

  • Lead strategic and full-cycle recruitment initiatives.

  • Partner with executives and department heads to solve hiring challenges.

  • Conduct structured interviews and assessments for skill and culture fit.

  • Build and optimize sourcing campaigns on LinkedIn, OnlineJobs, Indeed, and niche boards.

  • Monitor hiring metrics and continuously improve recruitment strategies.

  • Mentor junior recruiters and assistants when needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field

  • 3–5+ years of strategic and full-cycle recruitment experience

  • Strong track record in sourcing executive, specialist, and high-volume roles

  • Proficient in ATS systems (e.g., BambooHR) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, OnlineJobs, Indeed)

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders

  • Analytical mindset with ability to use data for decision-making

  • Highly autonomous, proactive, and experienced in remote work environments
