For those of you that don’t know, Green Ocean Property Management’s services are multi-faceted. In addition to being property managers, we are also real estate agents and construction managers. What does that mean for you as a landlord looking for a property manager who perhaps is also looking for a property they have to do work on?

 

Green Ocean Property Management is more than just a property management company. Our Multi-faceted Services: Investments, Renovations, and More

 

#1 Investment Property Management

A lot of property management companies also do real estate. But what is the difference with us? We only do investment property management; that means we will also represent our buyers to be able to find properties that they need. If everybody was competing in the space of brand-new renovated units, those units are usually priced a little bit higher. Furthermore, the returns aren’t there.

 

#2 Renovations

Everybody’s seen flipping homes and renovating videos on YouTube and TV. We make that happen for our clients. We try to find and source some of these older properties that need some renovation work. Then we walk through that property with the client, teach them to understand where they get the most bang for their buck when it comes to renovations, and explain the timeline and everything else that goes into it.

 

#3 Other services

We can go beyond because we are a general contracting firm. This is what we do day in, day out for our clients. We can find that property for them, help them plan out that renovation, set a timeline, and do it. We also do Matterport tours and rent 3D renderings to improve the marketing to try to pre-rent those units even before construction is finished.
