What You Will Do
- Welcome new hires and guide them during onboarding.
- Make training plans with each department.
- Keep all employee files neat and updated.
- Help with attendance, policies, and HR systems.
- Support employees when they have questions or problems.
- Help managers with performance, KPIs, and scorecards.
- Make sure we follow company policies and labor rules.
- Work with leaders to make our culture better.
What We Need From You
- HR or people-management experience.
- Very organized and good at talking to people.
- Knows how to solve problems calmly and fairly.
- Good English writing and speaking.
- Can work full-time, long-term, and handle confidential info.
Nice to Have
- Experience in property management / real estate is a plus.
- Knows BambooHR or any HR software.
- Has handled onboarding, employee relations, or performance reviews.
