This person helps employees learn, grow, and stay with the company.
They work with HR to make sure people feel supported, trained, and happy at work.

Main Responsibilities

  • Help improve employee retentionCheck why people leave and help fix the problem
  • Support onboarding and probation
  • Help with performance reviews
  • Create and improve career growth plans
  • Work with managers on employee concerns
  • Help plan learning activities with the training team
  • Track HR metrics like retention, engagement, and training
  • Make sure HR policies support learning and growth

Skills & Qualifications

  • HR experience (learning, engagement, or retention)
  • Knows how to talk to employees and managers
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Can use HR tools, trackers, and SOPs
  • Can handle private employee information
  • Good at problem solving
