Main Responsibilities
- Help improve employee retentionCheck why people leave and help fix the problem
- Support onboarding and probation
- Help with performance reviews
- Create and improve career growth plans
- Work with managers on employee concerns
- Help plan learning activities with the training team
- Track HR metrics like retention, engagement, and training
- Make sure HR policies support learning and growth
Skills & Qualifications
- HR experience (learning, engagement, or retention)
- Knows how to talk to employees and managers
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Can use HR tools, trackers, and SOPs
- Can handle private employee information
- Good at problem solving
