About the Role
We are a Boston-based property management company working with real estate investors, landlords, and HOA boards.
We’re looking for a Sales Lead who can generate opportunities, build relationships, and close deals — not just manage a pipeline.
What You’ll Do
- Generate new business through:
- Cold calling
- Email outreach
- Linkedin outreach
- Referral partnerships (agents, attorneys, CPAs, etc.)
- Run Zoom consultations with qualified prospects
- Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
- Track all activity in CRM and follow up consistently
What We Actually Need
Someone who can:
- Start conversations with people who aren’t actively looking
- Build trust quickly with investors and professionals
- Ask the right questions and uncover real needs
- Move deals forward and close without being pushy
- Stay organized and follow up until the deal is done
Required Experience:
- Experience in real estate, property management, or B2B sales
Proven ability to:
- Cold call
- Run sales calls (Zoom/in-person)
- Close deals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Bonus Experience working with:
- Real estate investors
- HOA boards / condo associations
- Built referral networks before
- Comfortable with longer, trust-based sales cycles
