MAINTENANCE SERVICES

We provide complete landscaping services for your property, including landscape design, installation, lawn mowing, cleanups, pruning, mulch applications, flower rotations, irrigation startup, maintenance, and more.

SPRING CLEAN UP INCLUDING DISPOSAL

Landscape areas will be cleaned and raked. The leaves will be removed, as well as trash, fallen branches, etc. from the premises; any grass/weeds will be cut or weed-whacked. Hardscape areas will be swept/blown. Damaged branches will be removed. Debris and trash in the driveway will be removed as well.

MONTHLY MAINTENANCE PACKAGE

Includes cutting grass on property; trimming and weeding areas around the property; blowing any leaves or debris and removing them from premises. (May-October) We offer weekly, bi-weekly, tri-weekly and monthly
packages.

SHRUB PRUNING

Prune all hedges and woody shrubs. Hedges are trimmed with hedge trimmers. Pruning is done monthly unless otherwise requested. We offer both formal pruning (square) and informal pruning (in the shape of the bush). Woody shrubs are hand-pruned once a year. Flowering shrubs are pruned directly after flowering for optimum results.

FERTILIZER

We offer a five-step program for lawns, applied monthly: a full-release fertilizer with crab grass preventer; a full-release fertilizer with broadleaf weed control; a full-release fertilizer with iron treatments; a second full-release fertilizer with broadleaf weed control; and a slow-release fertilizer with high nitrogen for winterization.

FALL CLEAN UP INCLUDING DISPOSAL

Rake and weed all landscape areas. All leaves and debris from fall foliage will be removed from property; and hardscape areas will be swept/blown clean, in general preparation for the winter season. (November – December)

MULCH

If appropriate, a layer of organic or inorganic material will be applied to the surface of the soil for moisture conservation, weed reduction and visual appeal. With a few exceptions, mulch costs $80 per cubic yard to purchase and apply.

These services are provided on a regular basis and cover all common areas/entrance (front and rear) and outside grounds.

CLEANING OF WASHER/DRYER MACHINES
Wash down interior and exterior of machines, run washer with washing machine cleaning product, clean
vent trap, clean dryer event. *as requested or 1 - 2 a year

POWER WASHING OF ANY DECKS/EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING
Power wash any decks/exterior of the building depending on size of property.

GUTTER / DRAIN CLEANING

INITIAL SERVICE DESCRIPTION

A routine initial service will consist of baiting basements, common areas, kitchens and exterior for rodents using secured locked bait stations. Depending on insect activity levels technician will provide a full residual spray or gel crack and crevice treatment to the exterior, baseboards and potentially other areas should he or she find issues.

MONTHLY PROACTIVE SERVICE DESCRIPTION

A monthly proactive service to upkeep with baiting, dusting and sealing for rodents and treatment for insects. Any emergency calls in between monthly services will be at no cost. Should you feel your property doesn’t need monthly services you can join our quarterly service program. The same treatment will be provided but just every three months.
