A lot of problems can come from this because they haven’t seen the property. They’re going to base upon either pictures, videos, or 3D tours. They just haven’t had the opportunity to see it in person and this can raise problems and issues after they’ve gotten their keys and decided to move in since they didn’t see or understand a certain aspect.
