People are taking showers, washing their dirty bodies every day, resulting in tubs and tiles stains. It gets discolored, grimy, and dirty. This isn’t very interesting to most prospective renters or anybody who is living in the unit, so probably every 4 or 5 years, depending upon the usage, we’re going to go in and reglaze those tubs and tiles. And yes, we can do that for showers as well. Reglazing saves owners tons of money. That save us from having to demo, install new ones, and deal with any other issues that may occur.

All we have to do is use a special machine and paint to reglaze the tub and tiles to make it look brand new. Afterward, we will let it dry for at least 24 to 48 hours to allow it to set. In that way, no water gets on it, and that it doesn’t wash away.

We do this to make sure that our properties are kept up. People who love kitchens and baths, can walk into and say, “Wow, I have a new tub. It looks like a new kitchen or bath”. We can also do it on things like sinks and countertops. Again, it is a great way, it is cost-effective, and it is also very time efficient instead of changing out your tub or your countertop. We will also fix all the lights and all the other fixtures for it to match with the newly reglazed bathroom.

If you or anyone else, you know is looking for a proactive property manager to be able to help you guide through a process such as reglazing and any parts of your house that are in high use, and that might get dirty over time, please think of Green Ocean Property Management, where you get more than a property manager, you get peace of mind.
