We are taking things to new heights! Today we are introducing the latest addition to our inventory – a drone that we use to manage properties and go beyond regular property management.
What is a Drone?
Drones are formally known as unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). It is a flying machine that can be operated using remote controls or programmed to fly autonomously. They can also work with onboard sensors and a global positioning system (GPS). Generally, UAVs have been closely associated with the military but are now popular for official use in search and rescue, surveillance, and traffic monitoring. As drones have become more commercially available, it has also found its place among photography and videography enthusiasts.
Using Drone to Manage Properties
In recent years, drones have become a property manager’s best buddy. We also put drones to good use here at Green Ocean Property Management. With drones, we can take videos of every property that we manage. We even use it to monitor our parking lots. Now that we are doing indoor professional photos, we are doing Matterport 3D tours. People can walk through the unit and even see the neighborhood. They will also want to see the exterior of the building, especially if you have cool things such as porches, roof decks, or parking.
Drones allow us to shoot videos of the interior and exterior of your property so your clients can still take a look through virtual tours. And it’s just a different level of marketing that we go through over at Green Ocean Property Management.
Our commitment
So if you or anyone else you know is looking for a proactive property manager to bring you and your videos up to the next level, please think of Green Ocean Property Management: where you get more than a property manager, you get peace of mind.
