Maintaining your property’s tip-top shape can feel like a chore, but we’re here for you! Staying true to our mission of being more than just a property management company, we help you keep your residents happy with our multifamily maintenance plans–from landscaping to pest extermination and everything in between.
Our Multifamily Maintenance Starts With a Spreadsheet
For every single multifamily or property in general, we create a spreadsheet of all the different things you can do. We make suggestions to ensure that your property is big on curb appeal and good working conditions, so you have happy residents that pay their rent.
So, this is our spreadsheet. We’re going to cover everything from landscaping to pest control. For our standard property, we have Spring Cleanup, which we typically do in April.
We also have monthly maintenance, which is done from May to October 31st; we usually will do just one cut a month for investment properties.
For landscaping, you can do Shrub Pruning or add Fertilizer if you want. A Fall Cleanup is typically in November, right before winter. And if you want things such as Mulch, we can do that as well.
Multifamily Maintenance Services You Can Choose From
We typically will suggest cleaning your common areas. You can do a one-time, or you can have a recurring one depending upon the different building sizes that you have. We will make suggestions on changing HVAC filters, changing smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and even caulking tubs.
We also have à la carte services, such as:
- servicing heating systems
- cleaning washers, dryers, and vents
- power washing
- gutter cleaning
- window washing
- pest extermination
Remember that we will go through all this with you. You will have full control over what maintenance services you would like; we will take care of it and ensure everything looks good. And if there is anything else that you want to add to this list, we would be happy to price that out for you.
