#1 Convenience
When tenants are picking a property, they consider how far it is from public transportation. Is it close to major routes that they can get to wherever they’re going easily? Time is money, and everybody wants to have as much time as possible.
#2 Laundry Area
The next thing is going to be related again to convenience. Most tenants ask, “Is there a laundry onsite?” Regardless of whether it’s going up or not, nobody wants to leave the building to do laundry. If they can have it in either their unit or in the building itself, it is much better.
#3 Parking Area
The parking area is a great concern for tenants as well because plowing out their car out of the snow in the middle of winter is worse. Also, some certain towns and cities don’t allow street parking. They should consider that when looking for a property.
#4 Utilities and Amenities
Utilities and general expenses are going to be paid by you, the landlord if they’re not paid by the tenants. If you are buying properties such as a condo that might have pools or other benefits that they might like gym, you can always take advantage of that.
If you or anyone else, you know, is looking for a property manager to make sure that your property is desirable, we have helped many of our landlords through the above matters. As a result, their property can be rented faster and stay occupied which minimizes their headaches.
Remember with Green Ocean Property Management, you get more than a property manager, you get peace of mind.
