That’s why we’ve developed a proactive approach to fulfill our tenants’ expectations, especially for properties with three or more bedrooms.

 

Planning for a Seamless Move-In

 

We believe that preparation is vital to a successful move-in process. Unlike other property management companies, we don’t wait until the last minute to address potential issues. Instead, we proactively schedule a property walkthrough well in advance, about two to three weeks before the move-in date.
