What we will do if you partner with us
When you refer business to us, we’ll sign a non-disclosure agreement. That states that we can do no business unless you authorize it. Doing any type of real estate related stuff to your client is not allowed. Many other clients who work with us are actually real estate agents, who only handle sales, who don’t want to do any other rentals. If you are an agent that do both, we have no problem giving you that exclusive rights as well.
Benefits of working with us
We make owning investment property easy
We’re going to help you out and go through the unit for you in advance. We will also give you advice on what the rents might be. Since our founder is also a general contractor, we can walk through the property and tell you what repairs and renovations are necessary and how much it would cost in the timeline. No other property management company can be able to do that for you. We provide for free for all of our clients, and that will help you sell more and more properties.
We’ve had many agents that refer business to us. We’re not looking for short-term gains and get a sale here. We want to establish relationships. We want to have that long-standing commitment to help you and your clients grow and be wealthy. We’ve been in business for over 40 years, and we have tons of people that have been with us for years.
We are also happy to provide referrals and to give you the contact information of other agents that we work with.
Our job is to make sure that that unit gets rented with good tenants for your client. Once we rent that property, we’re going to make sure that it’s all set up in the system to collect the rents, pay out your landlord, pay bills and handle any other type of management that is deemed necessary.
We give out referral fee
One of the reasons why you should work with us is that we have a referral fee
. We can either do a one-time fee that’s a lump sum, or you can get a percentage on the management fee. It depends on how many units you’re going to be referring over, and the agreement that we have. We want to grow and we want you to grow, we understand that it’s a two-way street and every relationship everybody needs to do. We want you to benefit, and we want your tenants and your clients to benefit as well.
If you or any other real estate agents you know are interested in finding out more about how to work with Green Ocean Property Management to help your business grow as well as your landlord’s business grow, please reach out us as we’d love to help you.
