As property managers, we don’t go too crazy with it. We want to make sure that you have a landscaping plan that makes your front and backyard look good and at the same time, affordable. Our goal is for you to have a good curb appeal while saving money. We also offer a flat fee landscaping price for the entire season.
Green Ocean’s Clean-Up Schedule

- Spring Clean-Up – done in about April
- 6 Monthly Cuts – done in May 1st- October 31st
- Fall Clean-Up – done on October – November
Fall and Spring Clean-Ups are going to be your heaviest times of the year. Why? Because everything is being cleaned after months of leaving it. We’re going to make sure that everything looks good. If there are any additional things that you want such as mulching, pruning, trimming of trees, we can do that as well.
We try to give these prices in advance because we know that you’re going to request a fall and spring clean-up. We base the price of 6-months of clean-up on the landscape of your property because e just want to make sure that your property has a good curb appeal.
