Fallen trees are a hazard and should be dealt with the soonest as possible. In this article, we explain how we act quickly and thoroughly on fallen trees before they cause further damage to your property.

Fallen Trees in Massachusetts

It is very, very dangerous to be around fallen trees in Massachusetts. We have crazy weather here, and we can have major storms with winds being able to knock down trees. These trees fell on properties, cars, and even power lines. You need to remove fallen trees from the property so you don’t have further damage.

A car is buried under a large tree that has fallen on it.

Other outside firms have to call on other companies to go and solve these issues. These other companies will charge you an arm and a leg, knowing that you have a tree on your house or on your car or that you have no power to your residence. We got quoted out six to eight thousand dollars to remove fallen trees from our properties. Our team has been specially trained to be able to handle these types of things, to have the right equipment such as chains, saws, special pants, ladders, and gear to make sure our staff are protected.

How We Deal With Fallen Trees

We at Green Ocean Property Management know how to deal with fallen trees quickly and effectively. We encounter these types of issues on a very frequent basis so we took the time to do the training in advance. Our team learned how to cut down trees and handle these types of emergencies so we can do it in-house.

In addition, we put emphasis on the timeline to do these repairs. We pull all our guys off of our other jobs to take care of the fallen trees in less than 24 hours. Thus, we do it at a more affordable rate for our clientele at a quicker pace. This gets the power and internet back to our residents as well as protects their belongings from further damage.
