Security Cameras With Green Ocean PM

At Green Ocean Property Management, we always say “we give you peace of mind.” What better way to ensure your property and residents are safe? Taking care of your security camera setup is one of the ways we assure you that.

So, these security cameras: what do we do with them? We give you three reasons to trust us with your security camera setup.

#1 We know where to put them.

Typically, we will put security cameras in all common areas. That includes the basement, the laundry area, the trash bins, the stairways, and even the parking lots. It is really important because there are situations where tenants are not taking their trash out properly, or worse, overloading the trash. Sometimes, things are also being stolen by the front area or front foyers. If you suspect that some are parking illegally, we can look into that as well.

#2 From purchase to installation, we got you.

These cameras are found easily online, and they are affordable. However, there are more concerns after buying them. Any security camera setup needs internet, so we set it up. There should be a DVR box or some sort of setup in a common area, and we make a lockbox for that. Electricity is also a major concern, so we will have our electrician come in and set up outlets everywhere we want a camera. We make sure that it is all run properly to that central area.

#3 We assist you in monitoring as well.

Nowadays, everything is on the cloud. This helps our staff to monitor the footage. In fact, some of our landlords have hired us on a recurring basis – on a daily basis, even –  to oversee the security camera feed, especially on trash days or on days when it’s snowing. We are also asked to keep an eye on houses in areas that are not in the best conditions, or where there are tenants who like to party quite a bit. Whenever they want to have that extra high-level supervision of their property, we assist them with the surveillance.

Our commitment

If you or anyone else you know is looking for a proactive property manager that can help guide you through security camera setup, please think of Green Ocean Property Management: where you get more than a property manager, you get peace of mind.
