Renovations entail a lot of planning, but you don’t have to do it alone. We plan out renovations in a way that no penny or day is wasted. In today’s article, we will explain how our staff will handle your renovation and get it done extremely quickly. There will be no missed days or dead time in between any of our renovations.

 

Planning Renovations Using 3D Tours

Here you see a 3D tour sample of something that we did. From painting the walls, changing out appliances, changing granite, doing plumbing, and installing brand new carpets, we even ended up reglazing the tub as well.

So what we do is create a renovation budget that will be reviewed and approved by you. Once we have the scope of work, my team will put it into our maintenance coordination software. It has all of our vendors listed, where we tell them the dates that we need work done. Our goal is to get this done with no type of downtime. We line out certain things to do in a schedule so we know all the vendors and what work they need to do on each day of the week.

So we know that on Mondays they do certain things, with certain things to do together on Tuesdays, and so on. We will look into these schedules and make sure that every single day, the renovation goes on as long as there are available vendors. This allows us to finish this entire renovation in less than two weeks. As a result, landlords have fewer vacancies with a quicker amount of time to get the 3D tour on the market. With that, more prospective renters will look and want to rent your unit.

 

Of course, the 3D tour of a high-quality renovated unit will get you more money as well.
